A comunicação revisita as representações das práticas de fogo, incluindo os incêndios rurais, os usos agrícolas do fogo, como as queimadas, ou ainda a figura do incendiário, na literatura portuguesa ao longo do século XX.

The article takes an in-depth look at the representations of fire practices, including rural wildfires, agricultural uses of fire such as ‘queimadas’, and the figure of the arsonist in Portuguese literature throughout the 20th century.
