Synopsis
Lucena tells Lopez that he had received his letter informing him of the upcoming arrival of the vessel Charlotte, Captain Hyer, but he is worried that it has not yet arrived. Lucena wonders if Lopez would have decided to change the vessel's route. The letter will be delivered to Lopez by Lucena's son, who is going to Newport. He recommends his son to Lopez and Rivera.
