Costa thanks Lopez for the order he gave to his company and his good opinion of them. He apologises for the delay in replying to the letters sent by "our friends" and justifies that he could not reply earlier because he was in Georgia for 5 months and, after his return, he was ill. Costa says that he was sorry for not being present at Captain Roger's arrival
