Synopsis
Schooner: Hopestill. Captain: Joseph Batty. Destination: New Bern, North Carolina. In New Bern, Batty should deliver the enclosed letter to Richard Ellis with the cargo agreeable to bills of lading. As soon as Ellis has delivered Batty a loading, which probably consists of lumber and other country produce, Lopez wants Batty to make the best endeavours to get the schooner loaded to the best advantage, bringing as much upon the deck as Batty think safe, and soon as ready make his way home.
