Synopsis
Schooner: Two Brothers. Captain: John Brown. Destination: Gaspé. In Gaspé, Brown should deliver the enclosed letter to Joseph West & Comp. and Thomas Earnshey. From both companies, Brown will receive on board the schooner all the fish they obtained. In case any room is left in the vessel, Brown should fill up with other goods since it does not detain him too long. "As you have a good carefull pilot on board, I desire you'll push for a quick passage, as I am apprehensive if you don't reach Gaspé between the 25th and 30th inst. that our people will engage some other vessels to being off their fairs, which if they do, will be a singular disadvantage to me".
