Marache's inquires about "marbles for chimneys": he found a master bricklayer in New York to provide the marbles as soon as Lopez informs about their dimensions and "whether you will have it the Italian or English taste". Great demand for flaxseed and spermaceti candles. Marache asks Lopez to send spermaceti candles.
