Synopsis: Marache received 10 boxes of spermaceti boxes on board the vessel of Captain Lawton, sent by Lopez. He considers the price too high since the demand for them is then low. Marache finds that the affair in regard to the Greyhound is turned out. He will forward per the General Wall Packet a Lopez's letter to England. Marache encloses the receipt for the water matzot. He owes one dollar to James Lucena. Spaniards declared war at Monti Christi against the English.
