Synopsis: Nunez Henriquez asks Pereira Mendes to apply to some shipbuilder to build a vessel or sloop boat or smack of one mast, burden about 20 tons, to go out of a harbour to any distance with nets and other tackling and to bring fish. He gives a description of the pretended vessel. If the shipbuilder agrees with the proposed price (£150 to £160), he asks Pereira Mendes to send the vessel to “his brother” (Isaac Pereira Mendes?) loaded with such commodities as will suit the Jamaica market. The vessel is not for Nunez Henriquez but for a friend.
