Synopsis
-
Levy encloses the receipt for 10 hogsheads of rum shipped by Lopez. Other 20 hogsheads will be shipped for Quebec by the first vessel, as agreed. The rum should arrive in Quebec later than the middle of August. Levy suggests to Lopez ship him the whole quantity of rum instead of dispatching it to Quebec. Low prices of rum in Quebec and Montreal. If Lopez decides to send the rum to Quebec, it should be shipped in Lopez’s name to the order of Solomon Myers Cohen and on his account and risk.
