Synopsis: Lopez informs Brown & Co. that he remitted by Thomas Lindsey the goods that they had ordered and encloses their invoice. As he had no blue cloth at a low price, he sent a piece that exceeds the price Brown & Co had limited, and he says that they are free to return it if it does not suit their demand. Lopez orders red oak staves to be delivered in Newport by December 15.
