Synopsis: Lopez informs Brown & Co. that he needs 2 cast iron plates for the use of his iron screws. He also needs 10 or 12 reams of blue packing paper, “such as we make use of in our candles”. “Should the W_s sent you per Mr. Field remain unsold please to Reship them to me by his boat & advise per same conveyance the charges atending them; It being a Company affair.” Lopez offers to send them one or two pipes in exchange for the said articles or spermaceti candles.
