Synopsis: Brown informs Lopez that they had sold the oil to John Hancock and it will be carried to Boston since Lopez was uncertain whether he should have a vessel bound to London. They may have 10 or 15 tons soon that could be sent by Mr Smith’s vessel. Brown offers to engage Mr Smith with 10 tons of oil and also 10 or 15 tons of pig iron.
