Brown & Co. reply the complaint presented by Lopez, Rivera and Robinson regarding the head matter that allegedly was due to Naphtali and Isaac Hart. “As this affair had been considered by Manufacturers at both their meetings and determined that they could not with any propriety call on the body for their proportions, we did not expect to hear any further of the affair”. Brown & Co. ask them to inform Harts that they will not receive any head matter or other consideration from them.
