Lopez was not able to dispatch the snow Deborah yet due to the poor weather. Brown & Co. and John Brown had 50 tons of oil to dispatch in the snow but they had not arrived in Newport. Lopez thinks that he could not complete the snow’s loading before March 8. Mr Debloid had a preference for Brown & Co.’s offer for the small bill on Twingmouth. Accounts regarding casks of oil.
