Synopsis
Depass laments that he cannot accomplish Lopez's orders. He has been very unlucky in the last two months and the trade has been very dull. He promises that as soon as he could collect his credits, Lopez will be the first person that he shall pay. He tells that Jacob Rodriguez Rivera can tell Lopez about the poor situation of his shop. Depass asks time to be able to furnish his shop of goods. "you have been so good to assist me in my first beginning therefore beg it is as a favour you'l continue it and it shall be my chief study to forward myself by my assiduity and punctuality in paying you".
