Home & Sill inform Lopez that they had received his last letter from Captain Storey and thank Lopez’s care in forwarding their sundry letters to Mr Lucena. Lucena’s brother, Mr Morão, arrived from Bordeaux with all his family, and he was received with great cordiality by the King and his ministers. Mr Morão wrote to Mr Lucena to return with his family to Portugal, “on account of the climate, he is not happy at Savannah”. Home & Sill also informs that António de Oliveira Marques will comply with Lopez’s brother's orders. Captain Thurston in Lisbon.
