Synopsis
-
Crommelin & Sons inform Lopez of the prices of his commodities: Bohea tea, Russia duck, gin, linseed oil, coffee, logwood, reels yarn, and sarsaparilla. They are glad that Captain Hathaway has recovered the amount of the bill. They attach a copy letter on September 26, 1774: Crommelin & Sons tell about a bill exchange that was protested by non-payment. They hope that Captain Hathaway (and, in his absence, Walter Kennedy) will succeed in recovering this amount. Negotiation of the bill draft of Jacob Rodrigues Rivera on Hayley & Hopkins of London remitted by Lopez. Prices of commodities: Bohea tea, rice, spermaceti candles.
