Synopsis
Crommelin & Sons inform Lopez that they received the return of the bill draft of Tjerk Lolkes from Mr Ochlers of Surinam. They attach a copy letter from November 1, 1776, in which they inform Lopez that they told J. M. Ochlers of Surinam on Lopez’s decision to remit him the bill draft of Tjerk Lolkes. They received Lopez’s memorandum to send him and Rotch sundry articles and they will complete it as soon as possible. Difficulties to get insurance for Lopez’s vessels. Good prices for rice and tobacco in the market.
